*Six student work samples from two lessons (3 samples from each lesson). Samples should show integration of place based strategies with a variety of student performance levels: Advanced, Proficient, Partially Proficient, and Novice. Student work includes place based writing that preserves history using written work, photography, digital, or art.

* Teacher Commentary: Commentary must be written stating performance level and described in these 3 ways:

*This can be done on a sticky note on each work sample, or as a written comment.
